Terms and conditions of hire.

These are the terms and condition and the terms of use set out by Bee-line Photo Booth Hire which applies to all hire of our products

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time.

Who is Bee-line

Bee-line Photo Booth Hire, Bee-Line Bouncers and Bee-Line Extreme and Bee-line Corporate are all a part of Bee-Line Entertainment group of businesses. We are based in Essex and cover the whole of the UK.

Our contract with you

We will take your details over the phone, via email, or through the website, we will send you a confirmation with all the details, please check this and make sure all details are correct, you are responsible for providing accurate details with respect to any Booking you make, if it is correct then all that’s required is the agreed deposit and the booking will be completed.

Price and Payment

Prices for hire of some of our Products are clearly stated on our Site. If they are not on the website the item is tailored around you and your event and a quote can be obtained by phone or email, during the booking process all prices will be clearly set out. Prices for hire of our products may change from time to time, but price changes will not affect any bookings that are already confirmed unless there are changes to the booking itself.

A minimum 20% deposit is required to confirm a Booking. As soon as the deposit is paid a confirmation email will be sent. The item hired will only be reserved once the deposit has been received from you unless previously agreed with the Bee-line management.

The full balance of the booking must be paid before the event unless prior arrangement has been made with the Bee-line Management, any agreements will be added to the confirmation.

Venue Access and Location

You must have permission from the venue.

We must be provided with the full correct address for the chosen venue, and it is your responsibility to ensure this. There must be suitable parking facilities at your chosen venue for the duration of your Booking for reasonable access for both loading and unloading of equipment. Please note any venue restrictions, stairs, lifts, long loading distances, vehicle access issues, any other venue requirements must be declared at the time of the booking to make sure.

We can supply the equipment under those circumstances.
We quote you the correct price, with all circumstances understood.
We arrive within good time to allow for any venue requirements.
We have given any documentation that the venue may want previous to the date of your event.

If for example, we are delayed in providing the hired product due to poor access or venue restrictions the agreed hire period will remain unchanged. If your event starts late, the period of hire will still be for the agreed period, unless we have agreed to provide additional hours as per an addition charge.

If you are not going to be at the venue when we are due to arrive to set up, we will require a Name and number of the contact at the venue.

If a venue decides that we are not able to set up and operate for whatever reason then the full hire amount will still be payable.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel a confirmed Booking, you must do so in writing or via email and you must have received a response from Bee-line confirming the cancellation.. The cancellation charges you must pay shall be determined by the table below and you must pay the charges within 28 days of our invoice.

Cancellation charges

Less than 28 days - 25% of Total Price
Less than 14 Days - 50% of Total Price
Less than 7 Days - 75% of Total Price
Less than 48hrs - 100% of Total Price

The date of your event can be changed as long as we have been notified a minimum of 28 days from the date of your original booking and as long as the new date is available. if its within 28 days the above charges apply. In some cases we may be able to roll over any monies paid to a new booking date.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking without liability to you and without any obligation to refund your deposit if:

you do not pay us the balance of your Booking by the date agreed for payment.
If we discover, that you have deliberately concealed information, or deliberately given us incorrect information to manipulate a price of a booking where (if you had not done so) it would have been priced differently, or risk assessed differently. Or for a reason whereby we wouldn’t have accepted he booking in the first place.
where any of our employees has received threatening or abusive behaviour from you or anyone attending the event.
we have reasonable grounds to believe that your behaviour or that of any third party is likely to result in damage to our equipment or staff.
if the setting up of the equipment could or will breach ours or anyone else's H&S or go against any risk assessment that has been made.

If we cancel your Booking under any of the circumstances above, the cancellation charges set out in the table above shall apply.

Agreement

You agree that you are over 18 and have full authority to enter in this Agreement.
You have the funds available or are authorised to release funds to comply with this agreement.
You agree there are no reason why you could not book this type of equipment.
You have not created a false identity or submit inaccurate, false or misleading information to get this booking agreed.
You have a valid driving licence, passport or other form of id that we can identify you if required.
You agree to indemnify us against all damages, losses and costs which we incur due to your failure to comply with this Agreement.

Ownership of data

You are solely responsible for all data you enter on this site. We will not share your personal information except where required to do so to fullfill our obligations under this agreement.

Our photo booth and Magic mirror are linked to our online gallery and photos will be uploaded and are available for viewing after the event. This will NOT include any personal data, except a heading name (example – Jake and Becca’s Wedding) if you request to have your photos taken off the gallery then we will do this as quickly as possible but could take up to 7 days at busy times, this may include taking the whole event pictures off the gallery))

We are not responsible or liable for you or any third party uploading images taken by our product to any social media platform either at your event or through accessing our public online web gallery.

We own all copyright on any images taken by our products, any commercial interest or use of the photos must be obtained by Bee-Line Entertainment Ltd
